「We had great communication as we approached our stay. We were very confident the check-in process would be easy and it was. The only issue was the weather and the host suddenly changed the thermostat setting from cool to heat for us since the temperature got down to 58 overnight. It’s a beautiful home in the woods at about 6800 foot elevation. There is plenty of room for up to five cars in the parking area. The kitchen is well done and easy to use. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to use...

「Great neighborhood, the cabin was very clean and well stocked. Just as described. The only negative was the neighbors dogs. The neighbors dogs make going in the backyard nearly impossible. You will not be able to sit out there and enjoy the cooler weather without aggressive barking. If any other neighbors are out and your windows are open, you’ll only hear the dogs barking at them. They bark continuously for about 15minutes before some lady yells from inside their house to “shut up”. Eventually...

「Just finished our first stay at the Nakai Trail cabin, and couldn't be happier with our time there. The host, Mike, was exceptional with his clear and prompt communication, and the cabin was exactly as shown in the listing. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who like to cook during their stay. There are plenty of seating areas throughout the house with comfortable furniture. The front deck is really nice for sitting out in the sunshine and cool air. And the neighborhood is really...

「It was a nice stay. I do feel if the springs on the couch and master bed were fixed it would have been comfy. The fan in the upstairs bonus area was stuck on low. There should be floor fans for the bedrooms for when it gets warm in the summer. And the patio furniture is rusty and uncomfortable. There was only one burner working on the stove, which was fine. Overall, a good stay. Thank you, Lisa Hoekstra」
