“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……

“Great, central location. Excellent views - so many whales! Unit was nice and clean.The unit was a bit too warm, even with multiple fans and ac running. Couch was broken/ creaky and uncomfortable. Master bed was a bit too hard. Would have been nice to have beach gear available.”

“Quiet neighborhood setting. Nice backyard for relaxing. Well equipped with beach accessories including snorkel gear. Large whirlpool tub and comfortable bed. Be prepared for carrying luggage to second floor.”

“We absolutely loved our stay. It exceeded all of our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could have needed. The host thoughtfully considered even the smallest details, which made our stay especially comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect, just across from the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. Check-in was seamless and stress-free. Ms. Janelle, the manager, was exceptional, and Ms. Yoshiko was a wonderful……

“The heated pool is great for kids!”

“Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? ”

“The lanai view of the harbor, jetty, whales, and turtles is mesmerizing. Ma’alaea is an excellent location — easy drive to anywhere on Maui plus the Maui Ocean Center, the cruises out of the harbor, and the shops — loved it all.”

“Excellent apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need. Nice ocean view patio where we saw humpback whales in the bay. Right across the street from a beautiful sandy beach with sea turtles. Complex had a nice pool, hot tub and bbqs. Excellent location in Kehei. Would definitely stay again. ”
