Relaxing stay for a wedding

The property was outstanding and was like the photos show. The complex is quiet and one of the 3 pools/spas was right outside the unit. The property managers were great. They checked with us several times during our stay to make sure we were happy and to see of they could do anything to improve our stay. Could not have had a better time!

Comfortable stay with Beautiful views

We chose and reserved this property because of the size of our family. We have 6 children ages 13-21 that came with us on our trip. Everyone was comfortable with their sleeping arrangements, the lanai was spacious and with beautiful ocean sunset views. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect winter escape

Our family of five had a perfectly enjoyable stay at this property. This was the first time we stayed in south of Kona after vacationing many times up north. We loved the convenience of being close to everything. The unit was large enough for all of us to spread out. Even though we were right on the golf course, it was peaceful and quiet (save for the birds' songs). The sunset was breathtaking no matter how many time we've seen it.

Spacious unit with beautiful views

We rented this unit for our family vacation. It is bright and airy with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. It had a nice balcony with a large dining table and chairs. Management was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Knutson and associates provided great customer service. The condo was exactly as described , althought the bay and beach access was not really a place you would want to hang out The unit was extremely clean. The kitchen well stocked and toiletries provided The only suggestion I have is to provide beach towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy this condo. We have 7 people in our family 4 adult and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pot and pans. The Lanai was fantastic. You can watch the sunset right from the Lanai very night. It was a quiet location. You can see the pool right from you window. The Owner was very responsive with any needs we had. Would 100% stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a very enjoyable place to stay. There was a minor issue with the lanai sliding door being difficult to move but a call to the property manager resulted in a very quick response to someone arriving to make it easier. There are 3 parking spaces assigned to this even though only 2 were mentioned (we only needed 2). Because we were looking at a different CC Villa unit (that only had 1 parking) we had to go with this. It caused some confusion because unit #326 charges extra for AC where the other did not (mildly disappointing). AC is needed being an upper unit. We had 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant and we all enjoyed the stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious condo with a view of the ocean, perfect for our party of 6. The grounds were nice & well maintained with a clean pool area. The property management company (Knutson & Associates)was first-class, with great communication from before, during, and after our stay. They made it easy w/ text messaging and prompt problem solving. We’d definately stay here agai.
