Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pool Key – Make sure pool key is left on Palm Tree Key holder.
Laundry -Please do NOT leave any wet towels on the floor or on any furniture.
Please leave the gas grill clean. There is liquid grill cleaner in the hall closet by the washer & dryer. Wash any small appliances that you may have used before putting them up
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
