"This hotel was perfect for a short stay in Osaka area. I had been auto camping for a month,needed to clean the van out and return it. This hotel gives complimentary parking. Additionally this hotel is attached to the Rinku-Town train station for quick trips to Namba (foodie Dotonbor area) or Osaka downtown. I went to Namba area 3 times, it is a 45 min train ride use your Suica card, easy… If you do not want to travel, the Rinku-town Premium Outlet malls are attached to the station. Lots of shopping and and food available. There is also discount shopping at Trial Store, located across the street. The rooms are enough space not too cramped like other hotels. I had two suitcases in the room and it was still roomy enough to move around. Lastly there is a free shuttle to Kansai Airport so you do not have to take the train. My only irritant was checkin was a “process” when it does not need to be. You go to counter, give your passport, they give you a QR code. Then you have to stand in another line to again scan passport and QR code to get your key. It is confusing and the guests stand at these machines confused even with an assistant, you find yourself waiting…No reason for this, just check us in like normal ! Other than that it is a great hotel to stay at. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel is ideally located adjacent to the JR rail station and near Kansai Airport. There is a shopping plaza with food options right next door. The room was as promised but the view was spectacular! We could see the airplane taking off and landing at Kansai! Only disappointment was the free airport shuttle only runs until 8:55am and our flight was at 2pm. "

"Staff was very helpful, property was well kept and clean, and breakfast was nice. We were told there would be a shuttle from the airport but when we called once we landed, we were told the shuttle was not available for us. The room lights were all or nothing, all on or all off and not adjustable. It made it difficult for one person to sleep while the other read."
