So… for the amount that you pay per night it totally was not worth it. I said that it still was not even a refrigerator or microwave in the room. Great location but not The price. You are basically paying for location.

Good but not great considering the price
SAKS is one of the few higher-end modern hotels in the area so I wanted to try it. I think I was expecting more based on the photos but it is actually a bit worn-down. It has a modern-minimalist vibe and when you go minimal you better make sure that those minimalist elements are clean and perfect but the details needed some attention especially considering the price point. I liked it but I didn't love it. I

The property is the best in Kaiserslautern for its quality and location but it has no American TV channels and spotty Internet which is a problem for business travel. The internet did not support netflix channel either. There are more cost effective options when you factor in cost of parking and breakfast ( although the free breakfasts are generic) that the cost of the stay at this hotel can be double what some other nearby chains would be recommended which by the way at least have a few English TV programs.

Picture when booked showed a walk-in shower which I’d did not and tub made cleaning difficult. Sheets were not good, bed felt cold not sure if plastic underneath but your body would stick to the sheets. Would not recommend

Shower door was off it’s tracks, unable to operate. Old carpet heavily perfumed. AC did not work. Heated towel rack inoperable. Expected more for the price.

Leider mussten wir im Saks Kaiserslautern eine sehr negative Erfahrung machen. Nach zwei Nächten und unangenehmen Geruch fiel uns auf das die Matratze auf der wir schliefen stark verschmutzt war und große Urinflecken aufwies. Nach einer Reklamation an der Rezeption wurden wir auf ein anderes Zimmer mit Balkon und Badewanne "geupgradet". Mit dem Upgrade wollte man den Misstand der Hygiene im Hotel wieder gut machen. Zudem wurden uns 30€ als Entschädigung angeboten welche wir ablehnten. Eine Entschuldigung gab es leider nicht. Unser letzter Besuch im Saks Hotel Kaiserslautern.

Nicht gefallen Ich musste gefühlt für 10 Dinge unterschreiben bei an und Abreise .. Dann wurden 50 Euro Kaution verlangt😳 Warum ? Ich habe direkt bei Ankunft mein Zimmer bar bezahlt … ich bin im Außendienst und öfters in Hotels aber noch nie musste ich Kaution hinterlegen… sorry aber ich werde in Zukunft nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten…

Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer mit einem hochflorigen Teppichboden, ich darf gar nicht darüber nachdenken, wie unhygienisch sowas ist - da werden schon tausende Gäste mit ihren nackten Füßen drübergelaufen sein und die Möglichkeit so etwas effizient zu reinigen ist nahezu Null! Versuchen Sie unbedingt ein renoviertes Zimmer mit Holzfußboden zu bekommen! Das im Vergleich günstige Frühstück (15,00€) ist OK, die Auswahl natürlich eher begrenzt.
