There is plenty of room for the whole family. Bedroom 1 at Hilltop Heaven has a queen bed, the upstairs bedroom, accessed via a wooden, enclosed circular staircase, offers two single beds plus two king singles and the TV lounge has a queen sofa bed. Two bathrooms are on offer and for extra convenience, there is also a downstairs powder room.

You'll love being just a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk to the local beach at Breaker Bay or a few minutes more to the world famous Kaiteriteri Beach. The stairwell is steep and can be quite tricky. It is not suitable for young children or the elderly.As the deck barrier is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
