"didnt use the spa. pool was connected inside and out so it was super cold and almost unbearable. no hot tub or interconnect to warm the inside pool"

"The keypad was broken upon entry. We had to call the number several times and maintenance was not available. We were able to get into the home through a remote entry, but then had to find the spare keys under a deck in the dark with no real directions. The house itself is very nice. It was too cold and snowy to see the lake. Home is cute, but the management company seemed to be located somewhere else and didn't seem to be local or familiar with the property. Home was clean and as advertised. "

"We arrived with 6 guests and the property is not in a habitable or clean condition. There is visible dirt on the walls, stained carpet, and stained bedding. The presence of personal belongings throughout the space indicates it was not properly prepared for guests. This does not match the listing and is not suitable for our group. We left immediately and requested and refund from the host who has failed to respond. Do not rent this property. "

"Everything about this place is nothing more than 1 star. House is so dirty and filthy. We were shocked to find dishes with moldy food inside of it inside of the kitchen cabinets. The bedsheets had stains on it not only on 1 bedroom but most of the bedrooms. For the price we paid, we were very upset, dissatisfied, and disappointed. Me and my family haven't all gathered together in the past 2 years and we were unhappy with our reunion at this place. 1 star. "
