Deshalb wußte ich was mich erwartet.

「Nice pool , good breakfast, quiet location. Helpful managers, excellent restaurant on site Our room #128: shower head clogged-had to use hand held. Slow drain and small shower cubicle wirh no curtain: flooding on floor everytime we showered . Dont stay in room 128. Our AC kept our room cool, however everyday we would leave and the housekeeper would open the patio doors and leave them unlocked. We reported this to management. Air conditioner from above floor dripped onto our patio right next to...

「No elevator」

「Great stay, room was comfortable and clean, hotel was in a quiet and peaceful area. Pool was nice and the poolside bar was a bonus. Complimentary breakfast was great. Everything needed was close by. No complaints from me!」

「Alle sehr zuvorkommend!」

「Reservations staff worst we ever have encountered traveling」
