We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations was top notch with an outdoor space that was spectacular. What really made it special though was our host. He gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous place with a view!

A lovely place with a fantastic view! We were greeted and made to feel welcome. Our host gave us instructions on how to get to a beautiful swimming spot right below our place. He also was helpful on recommending local places to eat. Lovely stay!!!!

The facility was gorgeous and immaculate. The host was very courteous. He even repaired the broken handle of my suitcase while we went sightseeing!!! We enjoyed his suggestion to go to nearby St Nicholas for dinner. It was a darling port town with great restaurants. We did not realize bed was located up a spiral stairs which might present a problem. One needs to have a car.but location is convenient if you have a car.

All was perfect and there was a hidden gem swim area just down the hill. One thing to take note is you have to know which particular suite/villa you book as not all come with the ability to use the beautiful pool that is shown in pictures. I was not clear on that when I booked my reservation (could have been user error) however the extra swim area the owner pointed out more than made up for it. Gorgeous. You do have to drive through some pretty windy steep slopes to get to the area, however totally worth it.

The property is absolutely beautiful! There is a wonderful little cove with an awesome little swimming spot where you climb a swim ladder from the rocks into the sea. We saw a stunning sunset from our lovely patio. The warm friendliness of the owner made the stay just perfect!

Все отлично, как всегда ! Пятый раз в Katikies Manis. Очень удобное расположение , радушные хозяева , отличная уборка . Кондиционер и WIFI - эффективны . Наверно , на этом берегу ничего лучше и найти нельзя !

Oxymoron - imperfect imperfection.

This is a beautifully built traditional style Mani rented ‘bungalow’ with an idyllic view and a walk to beach below. Basic service, coffee machine and biscuits. You need a car. A best class rating was excluded because of the army of mosquitoes that invaded day and night (no nets or blinds), a Greek next door who was shouting ‘malakas’ into his mobile phone and the absence of a grill to complete the kitchen. At 100 euros for up to 4 people it is reasonable value. Recommended.

Decisamente un bel posto

La struttura è nuovissima, funzionale ed elegante. È vicinissima a due spiagge, raggiungibili in pochissimi minuti a piedi. Dal terrazzo è possibile godere di un panorama e di un tramonto di quelli da cartolina. Per la colazione ci siamo serviti per la spesa ad un market a pochissimi km in macchina. Per la cena andate a Kardamyli o a stoupa e non rimarrete delusi. Il letto è (almeno nella nostra camera) bello e comodo ma raggiungibile solo con una scala a chiocciola sul soppalco.I proprietari sono molto carini e gentili. Insomma una bellissima esperienza da consigliare.

Traumhafter Ausblick und gute Lage

Service war so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Wir wurden kurz in Empfang genommen und ins Zimmer geführt, danach war niemand mehr auf der Anlage zu sehen. Unterkunft für griechische Verhältnisse sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kleines Mankum war die Matratze , keine gute Qualität und viel zu weich. Verbesserungsbedürftig sind auch die Fenster und außen die Türen zur Terrasse. Es liegt auf dem Zimmer extra ein Warnhinweis diese immer geschlossen zu halten wegen unerwünschter Kleintiere. Im geschlossenem Zustand sind beide Vorrichtungen aber nicht dicht, da sie entweder unten drunter eine Spalt haben oder die Außentüren zwischen Mauer und Tür noch ein großer Spalt ist. Kurzum, trotz geschlossener Fenster und Türen waren noch genug Mücken etc. im Zimmer. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war einfach nur Traumhaft.

Perfect home base to explore this beautiful region

What a perfect home base (right between Stoupa and Kardamyli) to explore the Mani! A five-minute walk lands you at two beautiful beaches. We spent just as much time on our terrace watching the sun rise and set as we did inside our cozy and comfortable suite (the bed was a dream!)

A beautiful villa surrounded by a lovely garden and with a phenomenal view of the sea. Close to the wonderful hiking trails above Kardamyli. We would definitely stay at this place again - it was easily our favorite during our trip to Greece.

A lovely villa along Mani’s rockyshore

No place is perfect, but this spot is ideal for kicking back and also as a place from which to explore the rugged area of West Mani. Be prepared for slow mountain driving, but it’s well worth the pace and the constant vigilance of mountain driving. What would I change? Little but a few small things: the kitchen needs more implements, especially sharp knives. A firmer mattress would be appreciated. And just four close pins for the laundry rack on the patio? Come now. But these are small matters. By the way, two good supermarkets are nearby. We were forced to cook all of our meals due to the open smoking at local restaurants. Apparently EU regulations do not apply in the area.

Beautiful design and view

We booked 2 units in this holiday rental compound (it isn’t a hotel per se). Both units (one Superior Residence with Panoramic Sea View and one Mini Maisonette with Sea View) were elegantly designed, spacious, airy, and most importantly – well cleaned. The kitchenette which comes with it was reasonably equipped for light hob-cooking (no microwave). Sufficient coffee sachets, tea, evaporated milk pods were provided by the owner. We also received a bottle of wine and some dried bread and biscuits. Air-condition and water heater worked well, the bed was comfortable and the toiletries and towels were luxurious. Free parking and reliable free wifi were available with the rental. The view from both units were amazing – we saw beautiful sunsets from the verandah. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and with the nice lady/cleaner who let us in. We can highly recommend this fantastic find to others.
