"The apartment is in a very central position in Lixouri. Ideal for the square, the ferry and all that Lixouri has to offer. The apartment was clean when we arrived, was cleaned once during our stay - perfect for us. It is well refurbished and had all the amenities we needed and as described. We had good sleeps (apart from the church bells on Sunday morning but this is to be expected in any Greek town). Good bed and pillows. Excellent blinds to keep it dark. "This was a beautiful hotel and the location is excellent. The property is in the main central location close to Liroux port and above the central square. Everything in the unit was new and it was so clean and elegant. The shower was perfect and the layout of the unit was great. "Excellent hotel with fabulous facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast were very nice in the Selini Restaurant, lunch is the Gaia also very good. Dinner in the Gaia offered a wide selection of options however the Selini could have offered more choice including a fresh grilled fish dish. I would definitely stay there again if I was to return to Kefalonia."

"We had a nice stay at the hotel, there were a few miss(es) but the general manager Mr. Aris was very conscientious and personally made sure everything that was not right was corrected at best as he could. Some of the "equipment" and facilities in the room should be examined well, such as leaking shower, the floor was wet after each use. We are aware that it is the end of the season and a lot of "wearing and tearing" must have happened, obviously the room(s) was / were not checked well between each check-out and check-in, usually due to short free intervals. Breakfast is fast and efficient, that is very good news. The pool is one of the biggest or longest pools I have seen in any hotels but I did not use it. Housekeeping team is quite "new" and does not see many usual things that should be done but they are very willing to work, with very good attitude. Our phone did not work for about 3 days and we were not able to call the reception, on the last day the manager made sure it was fixed and was super apologetic, what I did not understand was that why we were not offered a room change instead? The hotel has a lot of potential, in a very good location, in a very nice part of the island, I had spoken the management modify and improve a few things. Hope good things will take place for the next season."

"We had a villa with private pool, easy to park outside. The room was clean and tidy a little dated but serviceable. My only comment is that the breakfast was cold, this could easily be rectified by investing in some better heaters. We would stay here again. David and Inga"

The location of the hotel is right across from the harbour and very central for bars and restaurants. The receptionist was also very helpful with booking our transfer to the airport with George."
