Great spa rooms look of the hotel but at breakfast is almost nothing to choose and menu has 12pages but nothing available room service it didn't exist as they chef was sick so they closed kitchen and wifi work for 4h of our stay the rest two days didn't
Staff is extremely polite and helpful hotel has huge potential but my experience wasn't great
We actually wanted to go to Kalaw, by accident we booked this hotel in aung ban. Its a fantastic hotel, great food and very nice service. Its quiet, clean and has also a pool ans gym.
We stayed here for two nights with relatives and friends for a short time vacation in Myanmar. Overall, it’s nice hotel to stay, Hotel facilities are new as they opened in 2016. The hotel is pretty green, room are quite clean. They have nice view, outdoor swimming pool, indoor gym even though I didn’t use them. They look pretty good.
Hotel staffs are pretty friendly, you will see their smiling face most of the time. One thing that what I like about is, they allowed us early check in at 10 am without extra charges.
But I had one problem with shower, the middle of taking shower, the hot/warm water were ran out and I had to finish it with cold water.
So, if you plan to stay here especially with family member or partner, here is my advise, you don’t want to take a shower immediately the first person used it before you. The second person needs to wait for sometime in order to bowl the warm water. Otherwise you will end up with the cold water in the middle of showering like me.
You can have Burmese asian foods at the breakfast station, but not that much western foods and others.
Internet Wifi speed is nightmare, you can’t even check your facebook status. So don’t be rely on their internet WiFi if you plan to work with computer internet. You better plan to hook your mobile data through hotspot. I believe, not only this hotel, most of the hotels in Myanmar, they don’t have strong internet speed.
Un hôtel avec un tres tres bon rapport qualité prix, offrant de superbes prestations (piscine, salle de gym, chambre à la hauteur...) en regard du prix! Vous ne serez pas déçus!
The staff greeted us warmly after our 11 hour car trip from Yangon. The manager had upgraded our 2 rooms from deluxe to superior. The hotel is new and we didn't quite know what to expect but we were in for a surprise. It was tastefully furnished, very clean with comfortable beds and large rooms. The gardens are beautiful and tidy, the pool was clean and lovely and my husband and daughter enjoyed playing with the giant chess set on the roof top of the gym. The breakfast was good with a selection of cereals and hot food which catered for my gluten free vegetarians and meat eating husband. The position of the hotel 20 minutes out of Kalaw made it peaceful and quiet. We stayed 3 nights and the staff helped us to organise a boat trip to Lake Inle and a trek with a local company. As I needed to work form the hotel the internet was a bit frustrating as it is in many parts of Myanmar but aside from that a really lovely affordable hotel. Would highly recommend!
