「Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. 「Property was very small and check was a bit difficult to find the lock box and the phone number on the door to ask for help was wrong. Property is a bit further away from the sights than I expected but it was good value for money.」

「Four nights stay in Shin Okubo with two grown daughters and this place and the owner screwed our expectations. As we arrived the unit, the place was spotless we had zero issues accessing thanks to Sean's meticulous communications leading up to our stay. The locations is also the selling point for this place. less than the the five min walk from Shin Okubo Yamnote line station which ch is super convenient as a base to track to any of the main attractions in Tokyo. We'll definitely stay here...
