"Nice that room had in-suite amenities like washer, microwave, and stove top, even if we didn’t use them during our short stay. Room itself was just okay, and not in the best shape. Bed was hard and small, wallpaper had tears around the room, and there was a bit of an odour. Even our bathroom had amazing floor to ceiling views. Having read the comments in prior posts, we arrived knowing the drill for parking (5th floor basement) and check-in (phone call to meet someone at the elevator upon arrival). Ours was a luxury corporate apartment so we knew we couldn’t rely on the front desk, which served the residents of the building. The location was perfect! The staff provided instructions on how to use all the appliances, which we supplemented with a translator app, including for parking. Admittedly, although it was hard to leave the apartment for our next location, this option would not be for someone who relies heavily on guest services at a hotel. "
