This hot springs hotel really nice, delicious meals.
Can see the beautiful river, ducks, birds and trees along Riverside ๐๐ from our room and during our meals
Yumeno Onsen is located near a beautiful river which I could see from my room and the dining room.
I really enjoyed my stay in this quiet and relaxing place. The Ryokan offers everything you need (Yukata, Toothbrush, Towels for body and face and a a razor, as well as tea and shampoo/conditioner/body soap in the Onsen itself).
The breakfast and dinner was amazing! I The Hotel offers a lot of different Washoku-dishes that you can barely finish it.
It was a 10/10 stay!
A small family-run guest house in Kami, which is a small town with few shops and restaurants. The onsen was located just off the main road thus considered convenient (for self drive). All guest rooms (with Japanese tatami) were located upstairs with narrow corridor, thus we couldn't bring luggage up but pack some overnight stuff instead. Luckily parking was just outside complex, so we could retrieve things as often as we like.
We chose this Onsen as back up because our original booking was not operational after the recent typhoon. We managed to get a room with private toilet (while other rooms had to share toilet), common bathroom was a small size onsen (ideal for two people) with the necessary amenities. The onsen was on ground floor with a very short outdoor walk. We didn't have meal in Yumeno as we made our own arrangement. We were able to communicate with Owner in basic English and he presented us a little gift upon check-out, which was a kind and warm gesture.
