"I booked 2 nights 3 rooms with my family. But no car park was provided. I spend 2000 yen per night for parking my car with 3 mins distance. The staff always said car park was full when it was 4pm. Check in time was 3pm. But I observed that some car park slots were used by non resident. And I even found that a free car park ticket was passed to other people when his car was left the car park. I don't know if there was corruption or abuse element in using the carpark. But I was disappointed as I booked the hotel because it had car park parking overnight."
"This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back."

However, I was slightly disappointed that the live egg-cooking station by the chef has been discontinued.
