The staff was very friendly and the views of the mountains and trees were beautiful. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed, big balcony and warm fireplace. We had a great stay.

It appears this property is a timeshare and the owners on property are sure to let you know. Some units may or may not be in the pool, should or should not be, etc. we heard a couple stories…. Overall the staff interactions, although few, were friendly. Parking can be a bit of a challenge so be careful the proximity to tightly parked vehicles. This is a good location and easily accessible from the main village as well as the morrissey side of the hill. The hot tub has limited hours, so be aware. The removal of breakfast has left a quick apple, orange and a muffin each morning. There was brewed coffee available as well (Building #1 only) In addition, the security of the ski lockers with fully open tops, is suspect if you don’t have 4-5 pairs of skis jammed in a locker. The rooms and property are showing their age, and being a timeshare I am certain this comes at the cost of owners. Overall, this is a decent location and choice based on the price of offerings at sun peaks.

The ski slopes were easily accessible, only a 10 minute walk. The lodge was very clean and the views were amazing.

The rooms were clean and inviting after a day of skiing. Enjoyed the fireplace. A little expensive for what you get. Appreciated the communal kitchen facilities as someone with dietary restrictions that struggles with continental breakfasts. Would have been nice if they had provided milk/cream and spreads for toast as a cheap addition to improve the experience. Ski room was super helpful for managing gear and appreciated the benches for getting ready.

Great location in walking distance to ski lifts and village. Very quiet, lit walking path to town. Enjoyed the fireplace after skiing. Very pleasant communal area with big windows. Delicious muffins and good coffee for breakfast. Easy acces to prep kitchen for guest use. Cute little hot tub and sauna.

All of the Staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Our room was a little small but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The common kitchen was great and all the guests very pleasant. We had a great time and would stay there again.

This isn’t really a full service hotel. Very limited staff available. Nobody was present when trying to check out. No cleaning services offered during the stay. Not even any shampoo and conditioner and none available when requested. You are even asked to take out your own garbage upon check out.

I loved how quiet it was. The staff were lovely. The room was well stocked with space for storing and hanging ski gear. I appreciated the use of a “ community kitchen” area. I tend to be a fussy eater and this was the perfect solution for me. Also, the fridge in the room is larger than a normal hotel fridge. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic after a big day of snowboarding.
I was up early every morning and it was so lovely to sit in this space and drink my coffee.

The accommodation was beautiful with great amenities. However, the resort closed the day before so the facilities advertised weren't available, as in no breakfast apart from muffins and fruit and tea and coffee facilities. This did not spoil the stay though but it would be a good idea to make this clear in future to other guests. Nothing much was open in Sun Peaks resort so we would probably have stayed at another location if we'd have known. This is not a negative review though as the accomodation was really nice!! Expedia just needs to get the advertising details right!

The room was very clean and comfortable Bring every you need for your stay. There are no extras You need to go to the lodge for water coffee and tea. Skeleton staff, but not really required. Everything is self explanatory!

This was a true hidden gem for us. We do not ski, so timing was perfect but we absolutely loved the village the trails at the top of the ski lift and all of the restaurants and bars that we went to. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our room was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable.
