This detached, refurbished villa is located in Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, only 1 km. from the lovely, sandy beach of the North Sea coast. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and an open kitchen with appliances such as a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two of which with two single box-spring beds each (whether or not in a 2-person arrangement) and one children's/baby room with, among other things, a cot, changing table and a baby bathtub with stand. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The child-friendly character of this villa is further confirmed by the presence of a high chair and playpen, shielded wall sockets, a stair gate upstairs, an enclosed garden and a washing machine in the storage room. Very handy! Outside there is a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The villa has parking space for one car.
