“Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. “We stayed in a very spacious, modern, clean Executive Suite at a reasonable rate. The staff were amazing (special thanks to David)— polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was relatively new with some teething problems such as inconsistent hot water delivery and pool and spa were not yet operational. “The rooms were spotless and staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is large and laid out in a forest setting with covered raised open air walkways. There were bikes you could ride from your room to the very large pool area, We took kayaks down the small river behind the resort and it was like a jungle river trip with huge trees and lush forest all around.
The pool is large with shady areas around. We stayed six nights all told.
