Perfect Launch

The Large Ranch Home was THE perfect launching spot for daily trips to Zion, Bryce, and local adventures in Kanab. We brought 8 sophomore boys from Tennessee and the space was a perfect place for them to unwind after a fast paced day in the field!

Great family vacation house

The kitchen was well stocked, had one of the best grills. House clean, hot water very hot, master bedroom large an very comfortable. Most of the bedrooms large, one bedroom upstairs needs updating a new mattress. Family loved seeing the wildlife, deers, chipmunks. One of best laundry rooms. With family of 12 house felt spacious. Highly recommend.

Great House! Book Now!

Family get together from all over the country and this lovely house that accommodated 8 adults with room to spare. Love the two living areas. Great location just on the edge of Kanab. Nice that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and had the basics so we didn't have to purchase little basic that we couldn't take with us. Perfect location to see Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Grand Canyon NP, multiple slot canyons and state parks, and horsehoe bend. Very close to the sand dunes which we enjoyed sledding. House was clean and stocked with games. Would be perfect for families with kids as well as adults. Highly recommend.

Family Celebrating 50th anniversary

The layout of the house worked great for our family dynamics. The children loved playing in the front yard in the evening with toys they brought from home. Football, frisbee challenges and used the Corn hole game provided. The views from the property were nice. Kids really enjoyed engaging with the cows on the adjoining property. The cherry tree was a great asset. They were delicious. We had a few issues with property but Zion Stays, the host and owners were very gracious and quick to resolve the situation. We made some great family memories!

Great House at a Great Location

We had a group of friends who stayed for 3 nights. The house was clean and with so many bedrooms it was very comfortable (we loved that they are queen beds!). We brought UTVs and there was a ton of parking which was a HUGE bonus. The owner was great and we will definitely stay here again!

Historic Charming Farmhouse

We had a great stay at this home! It has plenty of space for adults and children. The inside was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty to offer for meals. While it is an older home in decoration and design, we found it extremely charming and nostalgic. Everything was in excellent condition. The surrounding property is picturesque and the free grazing cattle added beauty to the entire experience. We will be back!
