Great place

We had a great stay. We loved the back yard for our dog. The downstairs game room was a highlight for our kids. We stayed a couple of nights and visited Zion from this location. We recommend it for families.

Work Trip

Great reasonably priced home for a work trip in the region. Beds were great for the back and the office was very useful. Would stay here again.

Comfy Home

We enjoyed staying at the house very much! It satisfied all our needs. We played bocce ball on the grass and enjoyed time around the fire pit. The house was comfortable and fit us all around the dining room table for dinners. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to everything you might need! Staying here made our vacation very comfortable!

Great location!

This property was perfect for our family to sleep comfortably and have a fun place to hang out when we were tired from our adventures. It was close to all the places we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Comfortable home and good location

This rental was great for a group of friends. Very comfortable and clean home. Convenient location. We rented mountain bikes from a local shop and we visited the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend.

Clean and Comfortable

Easy check-in and great communication. Attentive host. The home was updated, well-maintained, and clean. We had a very comfortable weekend there. A plus was a fenced-in yard for pets and children! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We loved everything about this property. It was clean, everything worked, every question was answered promptly and to our satisfaction. The kids loved all of the games. The fenced yard was great for the kids to play. The book with all of the local attractions was very helpful. A few things we especially liked was the water pressure in the shower and the taste of the tap water were both great, they don't go cheap on the quality of the toilet paper, it had ceiling fans throughout, it was easy to use the thermostat, and the neighbors were helpful as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A PERFECT Family Vacation Home!

We surprised the kids by booking this house for a few nights during our 2 week National Park trip through AZ and southern Utah. Their minds were blown when they saw the arcade and Dad had the best time teaching them all the moves from some of his favorite 90s games. When we were in Zion (which is so easy to get to from this house) the kids were telling everyone that would listen how cool the house was that we were staying in. This house has everything we needed as a family of 6. We had s’mores around the fire pit one night, loved the appliances in the laundry room as they fit all of our clothes easily. Everything was clean, plenty of space and a cute photo op in the backyard. We couldn’t have asked for more. Such a great place.

Great location

Pros: Great cental location to local events (short drive) Very clean Adequate amenities Fun game room for teens 2 level with plenty of space for large group Fully fenced backyard for pups Smelled clean!!!! Was quick to answer questions prior to reservation Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles Out door electricity to plug in ev if you can charge on 110v *2 Sand sleds available if visiting the dunes *2 indoor kennels and 1 outdoor kennel available Cons: EXTREMELY firm beds. All 11 of us mentioned how hard the beds were each morning. We wanted to add an additional day to our reservation and we never got a response even though we questioned approx 10 days prior to reservation. Tips: *Bring extra pillows if you sleep with more than 1 *Kerig coffee maker available not a coffee maker so plan accordingly * pooper scooper on site so Please use it :) Enjoy your stay we sure did. We will be returning there is so much to see and do in Kanab that you just can`t fit it all in a long weekend.
