Girls Hiking trip

This place is amazing! We loved the hot tub and rooftop fire pit. Very clean property and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops! Also lots of outdoor activities to do very close by! I highly recommend this place!👍

Great Base for Hiking

This was a great location to start our hiking adventures in Zion, the Grand Canyon, and Bryce. The accommodations were as described and lovely. All amenities that we needed were available and the grounds added lovely extras with a pool, hot tub, rooftop firepit, grill, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Utah get away

Micah's Timber and Tin property is outstanding. We got to spend a little time with Micah and what a neat person. We are from the midwest and fell in love with southern Utah's beauty.

Awesome spot

Worked well for our needs, nice base of operations for working at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Clean and good communication from the property manager. Definitely recommended. Very new and up-to-date with a cool rooftop deck.

Emergency Last Minute Booking that was a Blessing!

We had originally booked another property in Kanab, but after arriving there and finding roaches, we got a full refund and quickly found another place! What a blessing in disguise. This property was wonderful! Beautiful inside and out, very clean, soft beds and sheets, great location, very quiet and we LOVED the heated pool and hot tub and beautiful "back yard" as we called it. Our rooftop deck was really lovely too! The owners were SUPER responsive with any minor issues or questions we had! Our only complaint was the very cheap toilet paper and kleenex and the fabric softener and fragrances in the unit. We have allergies to scents and they were raging. The fabric softener/febreeze is very strong and really not necessary - it had made the towels very rough, in fact. For many, this won't be an issue, but for us it was. However, we would love to return - I would just be in communication with the owners about the scents and/or bring my own toilet paper and towels for bathroom and pool. Oh, one other suggestion, not huge deal, but just a thought, based on the previous VRBO we had just stayed in - instructions for running the washer/dryer and dishwasher would be great! :) Thanks so much! We really did love this place. My kids have said many times since leaving there that they miss it!

Family visits to national parks

This place provided us with a tremendous home base to see the Bryce, zion and the north rim the pool and hot tub were appreciated after a long day of hiking. The unit was clean and equipped with all we needed.
