Lovely property

Even cuter than the pictures! This is a really cool little property with everything you could want or need. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. Also loved learning a little about the history of the property. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. World definitely stay here again!

We stayed two nights at Timber & Tin during our trip through Southern Utah and would have been happy to stay more. Our unit was lovely, felt brand new, and was exceptionally clean. Even in chilly weather we enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool both afternoons of our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

National Park hub

Great place to use as a central hub to Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon north rim, etc. Timber & Tin has done a nice job of providing a lot of little extras (clean/new pool, hot tub, game room/theater building, roof top space with a fire pit, etc.) that make the stay special. The unit we stayed in seemed brand new and had all the amenities we needed.

What a treat!

I found Timber and Tin last minute before our national parks trip and it truly elevated the experience. No exaggeration, this was the nicest place I've ever had the pleasure to stay and we felt so comfortable and right at home. Fantastic location with every amenity would could have possibly needed. We visited Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon during our week stay and I only wish we could have stayed longer to spend more time in Kanab and check out everything the town has to offer. We just got home and I'm already itching to go back!

Our family went to Kanab, Utah to explore the National Parks in April. Weather was beautiful! This place was soo amazing and comfortable with everything we needed. The amenities were amazing and the hot tub and pool felt amazing after horseback riding and hiking Zion National Park! The hosts were wonderful and gave us wonderful tips for exploring Zion National Park! We loved this place and we will definitely be returning!!💙⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
