"We had an easy access to our room. We walked in, checked in, rode the elevator to our room, entered the room and settled in. It was nice that our room was so close to the breakfast dining area as well. The only thing that could have been improved would have been having cupboards to store our clothes. When the room key stopped working, the desk people were very helpful and quickly got me a new key to the room. Turning in the key at the end of the stay was also easy. All we had to do was drop them in the key box at the check-in desk."

"A clean room with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly with efficient check-in and check-out. The daily breakfast was nice. It’s conveniently located, close to the Shakespeare festival. The adjacent Chinese restaurant (Mandarin) has good food with a family atmosphere. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!"
