Rooms near the swimming pool can be noisy from the swimmers (mainly children) The property is quite far from town so having your own transport is an advantage"

"Run down property. Window frame shakes and rattles in the wind. It's functional and does the job, but not worth the asking price. If it had been at least RM50 cheaper would still be acceptable. In dire need of refurbishment."
