"The apartment is better than the description. The building is beautiful and the owner lives and works there so you can always ask for help. A washing machine is a help. There is a tram stop (#5) in front of the home and from there I can go anywhere on connecting buses and trams. It is very quiet outside and easy to sleep. I stay in a lot of rental properties and this was an excellent choice and a great value for what I received."

"The home is as described and just super for a stay. It is next to a bus and tram stop. Some of the buses and trams run on Saturday and Sunday. There are two supermarkets you can easily walk to. The bathroom is a good size. Having a refrigerator with a large freezer is great. The washer worked great. The owner communicates immediately and was very helpful. The unit is also close to the center of the city and I reached the train station and bus station in 10 minutes."

"I really liked this place. Despite being a studio, the room was large and the placement of things in the room was well thought out. They provided a lot of room necessities (soap, cleaning products, coffee, tea, sugar) and everything was absolutely pristine. The location is back from the street and incredibly quiet - I slept quite well here, and made my own dinners in the kitchen. Convenience and grocery stores are only a couple of blocks away."

"The apartment is a good size. 2 couples would be comfortable. So much is walkable. Archil, the property manager, was very easy to contact by VRBO message or email and he responded to every request quickly. He is very polite and easy to deal with. "First, I must say Jev was a good host. He was patient with our late arrival time (for which he asked for a tip of EU20). He did a good job of explaining things in the apartment. The apartment itself seemed old and musty. The kitchen is small and has a hodge-podge of furnishings. We were disappointed when Jev told us there was no dishwasher soap as we had planned to make breakfasts and snacks."
