「The location is only about 15 minutes driving from ferry terminal. There are only 5 minutes walking distance to Baudin Beach which the sunset is so beautiful. The room setting does not really convenience which seems bit old. Lots of birds stay the trees next to the room which are bit noisy in early morning about 5:00 to 6:00a.m. We woke up at 5:00a.m. due to birds' noisy sound. 「The self-check in was a breeze, but our accommodation was the only one without a sign to point the way. But luckily it was in one of the front cottages so easy to find. Very basic room, but really close to Sealink ferry to KI. The frig in our room froze all our food overnight (and we got there after 7pm). Pillows were hard as rocks, but bed was fine. Their cafe is closed but they gave a great recommendation- the Cape Jervis Tavern. Recommend if you need a bite. Worst thing about our room was...

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, at this price point, there were simply too many issues. The property was extremely dirty, every piece of kitchenware, cutlery, and glassware had to be washed before use.
