Fantastic Short Vacation Location

Braeside was better than expected. The house was beautiful and had everything that you needed. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil needed to cook a lovely meal. The pool was great. The grounds were just lovely,very serene. Great for watching the kangaroos hop by. We would definitely come back again.

A beautiful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Braeside, both kids and adults were occupied the entire time. The house was well equipped and clean, the beds comfortable and bedrooms a great size. An ensuite bathroom for every bedroom was a big plus. The pool was a highlight - it was big enough for the adults to relax and the kids to play. The kitchen was a great size too. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

We had 8 Mums away for the first time together. It was everything we’d wishing for. Peaceful, warm and a visit from the wombats by the fire. We will be back!

Relax, Enjoy and Indulge

Braeside is set up perfectly to enjoy an indulgent and relaxing weekend. We relished some gourmet cooking in the well appointed kitchen, relaxed sitting around the firepit, enjoyed the visiting wildlife of kangaroos and wombats, appreciated the gorgeous views looking over the valley and slept on beds that were like clouds. We also boosted the economy of the local Kangaroo Valley village shops and Berry buying some wonderfully crafted local goods. We shall return!

Stunning Kangaroo Valley Escape - We didn't want to leave!

The decor and design of the house delivered everything we needed for a girls luxury getaway. The location is tranquil with amazing views of the valley below. Perfect for a family or larger groups of friends with a bathroom for each room and a range of indoor and outdoor seating areas, one of my main requirements when travelling with a range of people. The house is about 5km from KV. Perfect for a strenuous walk but the return journey is uphill so be prepared. I'd expect most people to drive but it was very tranquil and we just love getting out and exploring.

We found the house to be exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our requirements and provided us with a satisfying break. House was well presented and plenty of room for the 8 that stayed. Would recommend to friends and will certainly return again next year.

Perfectly located for golf sightseeing etc.The house is immaculately presented with lots of creature comforts.The fire pit in the back yard is an added delight - nothing like a wine and chat around a fire.I do have a couple of comments re equipment. Most people who stay here would be cooking each night. We found there was a lack of bowls/ good knives for the kitchen . Also the shower is quite dangerous with no door. A lot of water stays on the floor of the bathroom. Overall though the perfect spot.

Beautiful Country Home

We loved our stay here (4 couples) for the weekend - the house, grounds and pool are absolutely gorgeous. With the addition of a few extra items in the kitchen like water jugs, serving platters and a sharpening tool for the cutting knives this is a perfect place to spend a very relaxing weekend. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and love to visit again.
