「Sri Lankan Villa was one of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka, and the cleanest. Everything in the villa had been thought through, and our stay was so comfortable and easy. Lovely balcony too for relaxing. The location was perfect - close to Koggala lake, the beach, our favourite little Café Wave (try the hot lava cake), the railway line, and even the little road the villa was on was quiet and good for an evening wander. Highly recommended.」

「The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day.」

「Nice place but not worth the money. The 3 bedroom suite is below the rooftop to which the other guests have access, so they walk through your outdoor area to get up there. You do not get the whole villa, there are two bedrooms that are rented out as well as the suite. The staff are however very friendly and the breakfast was great, and location also very good, right on the beach. The villa needs a fresh coat of paint but is very beautiful, feels Moroccan! If the price was lower I would recommend...
