Home away from home

We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back! The house had everything we needed and the cabinets were even labeled so we never had to look for anything.The house was very private, spacious, and the amenities of the resort were awesome and well maintained.

Family golf

The cabin was wonderful! The space was relaxing and quiet. We loved the porch and space was just right for us. We were close to the golf course . The beds were so comfortable. We definately recommend this to anyone interested in staying in and around Illinois River. You are within driving distance in any direction to activities, shopping in Arkansas. We would love to stay again to enjoy the river.

Illinois Rivee Float

Property was great location for us. Lots of privacy. We came to float the river and like the privacy vs staying at one of the resorts or hotel. Property was clean and very nice. We enjoyed it.

Comfort

The property was nice. The pools, Golf course and clubhouse/Restaurant are well kept. We were Blessed with great week weather wise, which made the trip more enjoyable. We will be back and take advantage of the river float trip.

Great getaway cabin!

April and Scotty were great hosts. Great communication. April responded quickly to any questions or problems. Cabin had everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked. Very quiet and secluded. If you need a break from the city this is the place!

Cozy and Calming

The cabin was cozy and just what we needed before school starts back AND to celebrate my sons 17th birthday! The property is gorgeous and being in a gated, secure community was an added bonus for me, as our family has been through some challenges recently. Floating the Illinois River is top on our list of fun family experiences! Thank you so very much and we’d love to come again sometime 💗

Perfect back porch

The convenience to the river resorts was great. We were frustrated that Apple Maps took us to the exit only gates of this community, once we found the entrance it was easy to find. The house was spotless, well kept and the back porch was perfect, but a blind or black out curtains in the bedrooms would have been nice.

Wonderful Cabin Getaway

This cabin is a great place for an intimate getaway. My wife and I, along with our two large dogs, had plenty of room but we did not feel as if we were in a big open hotel lobby like other larger rentals. We love Flint Ridge Resort and consider it one of the most beautiful hidden gems in the country. The hosts did a great job of communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed. It is important to know that there are no grocery stores nearby, which we already knew. So pack accordingly.We will definitely be back.

Great property in a very quiet location

We very much enjoyed our stay, excellent property in a very quiet neighborhood. The only major complaint is that we were required to enter the neighborhood at the security gate every time we came in and out which was most definitely not the most convenient gate to the property location, but that's not the owners fault it's obvious the HOA there has a very strong hold on its residents. That gate requires about a 3 mile drive to the property versus less than 1 mile for the gate that's closest to the property. Minor issue but overall we loved it and would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful!

We lived staying at April's place. Flint Ridge is a beautiful area, and it's so convenient to our son and daughter in law's home. It was quiet, peaceful, and most importantly, spotless! I just wish we could have stayed longer.

This house was fantastic. You have a neighbor but the location is very secluded. The house is very clean and well equipped. Great community. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and promptly responded to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic spot to get away!

Loved this area. My mom wanted to come out here because she loves to get out in nature, and I wanted to see a place I would potentially move to. This place was in the perfect position and gave us all we needed to have a fun getaway weekend.

Natural Falls Vacay

Our first trip to this part of the state and our main goal was to visit Natural Falls state park and check out the Illinois river. This booking felt like home and the property owners were amazing to work with. It was cozy, quiet and had everything we needed. One night we all curled up in the living room and watched a movie....an entire movie...all of us! It was really nice having that family time.
