“good for shortterm vacation”

“The Hotel Coral Reef was exactly what I was hunting for. It was family owned and operated. Grandma made fresh banana bread almost every morning - on the day that she didn't she explained to my wife that the bananas weren't ripe enough. Alisha was on the desk most days. She always took the time to listen to an 80 year old guest and made recommendations accordingly. This will probably be our last trip to Kauai and the Hotel Coral Reef made it a wonderful experience.”

“Fern Grotto Inn was a beautiful vacation getaway. We were extremely pleased with the Coco A cottage that we stayed at. Would recommend this over a hotel. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and well kept. So many amenities that are an added bonus. A true gem in Kauai! Thank you Paul and staff Lynette & Gary”

“Host was very quick to respond when automated lock failed. Check in and out process was very simple and directions for parking were easy to navigate. ”

“Location is great. Short walk to the beach and 100 yards from the 9 mile beach trail. Laundry room onsite is convenient. Parking in front of unit makes it easy. We were comfortable but summer months may be problematic with the fans and we are from Phoenix use to some heat(DRY).Donna gave us a credit as the construction crew was replacing stairs with no notice. I would stay again.”

“The space was noticeably clean. Friendly and very responsive host. Location was close to lots of fun stores and restaurants. AC worked well. Close walk to the beach. We loved it. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo and resort! Not only is it immaculate, it has all of the amenities anyone could possibly want. We appreciated how conveniently located the condo is to all parts of the island and would definitely choose to stay here again! Gemma and Mike are terrific hosts with great communication and their place is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. You can’t go wrong picking their place for your visit to Kauai. I highly recommend it!”
