Beautiful Condo

It was so homey and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Beautiful views. We loved the great view from the upstairs balcony. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Best situated 1BR condo at the Ridge.

Best situated 1BR condo at the Ridge. Right on the front row with gorgeous sunsets every evening and a glorious view across the channel to Molokai and Lanai every time you open the drapes. As always we had a wonderful time. Wish we could come back more often. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding knowledge of Kapalua Resort, Ridge Villas and all of West Maui. Terry and Diane are the BEST! No Ka Oi, hands down!

Beautiful views and excellent location

The villa was well located in the Ridge resort. The views were beautiful. The back patio faces west so we saw sunset every evening. the first 2 nights, the sky was clear and we saw the 'green' flash at sunset. I love to walk and was able to walk to the beach, the restaurants, the Ritz Carleton and the coastal trail. The resort pool is near by and we went swimming most evenings. The unit was well stocked and comfortable. my only comment is that when we were there , it was hot and although the unit has many fans and windows, it felt warm. A/C would have been nice, but other than that, we had a great time. Corresponding with the host was easy and check-in and out was seamless. Thank you!

Great location, loved the vibes of the place.

Great location, loved the vibes of the place. We wanted to avoid condominiums in high buildings, and we appreciated the serenity of the place. Spacious, great views, close to the pool. Really enjoyed the round tables inside and outside for family breakfast and diner.

The second payment on the credit card should be able to be handled on your website and not by calling. The credit card I used for the first payment had expired and I was issued a new one. I would prefer to not give out my credit card information over the phone as I did.

Here is a summary comment: the team make you feel as though you are their only guest. That's the best way to put it, and a way which most can appreciate and understand. Well, as we noted above, the team went the extra mile for us. We don't mean they were smothering, or hangers about. No way. It was just that when we needed a hint on the best local lunch, or, for example in one case, a new coffee grinder (we wore ours out!)Terry and Jess and Diane responded almost immediately.
