Great to return to Koolina. Unit was exactly as advertised. Beach equipment is dated but still functional. Love the ambiance of the beach villas and the access to the beach.

Perfect Location Amazing Resort

This was our first time to Hawaii. We are a mom, dad, 2 teenage girls and 2 teenage boys. Ko Olina was an impressive location, perfect for all of the touristy things we did with respite at our peaceful resort. The unit itself was so, so nice. We had a spectacular time with the perfect location. I have never been more sad to leave a vacation spot!

Amazing location for a Hawaii getaway

Excellent spot for our little family vacation to Hawaii. My parents are in their late 60s early 70s so the easily walkable distance to the lagoons was great for them, and it was nice being based out of a resort away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, but still close enough to get there for dinners and excursions. Had all the amenities we needed as well, and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Would definitely stay here again!

From check in to check out we had a great experience! The condo was perfect and the spring break weather couldn't have been better. Engagement/Birthday Celebration Week

This Villa far exceeded our expectations. Shane greeted us when we landed brought our luggage up and walked us through the villa. The resort was beautiful and everyone was so accommodating and gracious. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with extra blankets, pillows, towels and Evan an air mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The access to the lagoons, the onsite bar and pools was amazing. I give this Villa 10 + stars and we will be back.

Vacation with all the trimmings

This was our first experience with Vrbo. We were very pleased. Pictures and description were spot on. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys for beach play, coolers, etc. We would stay there again.

Welcome to Paradise

The location and amenities of this condo far exceeded our family’s expectations. Ko Olina is truly paradise on earth and the Beach Resort condos are beautiful, quiet, and serene. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, walking path, and the Paradise Cove Luau. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Can’t wait to come back to what is now our “happy place”.

Very clean and upscale property. Nice gym. Beautiful beach with grass and trees for shade. Great for swimming, sunsets, and walks/run on the beach with the concrete path. Close to shopping (groceries, food, etc.). VERY quiet room with a nice balcony facing away from the pool (more private). Everything that was advertised was provided, and you can't expect more than that.

Loved everything about this place!! Ko Olina is beautiful. It was an easy trip from the airport. It had it all. Unit is on 2nd floor. Easy walk to pools, hot tubs, beach/lagoon, beach bar with entertainment. Convenient parking.The unit was a good fit for us. Visiting my son in military. Enough space for adult children and relatives to spread out and enjoy everything on property and off. I would book it again in a heartbeat! Don't wait. This is the one!! LOVED IT!

Overall the stay was very nice. Great location away from the noise. Only complaint was that the cleaning could have been better. When we arrived there was sand left over from the previous guest inside the dressers. The host did include toiletries and cleaning supplies but with 6 people staying for a week we ran out of toilet paper and trash bags within 4 days so it would be nice to supply more of those items for future large parties.

Great stay

We love ko olina. Everything is about a 45 minute drive but you are outside of the metro feel of Waikiki which makes things more relaxing. Unit is spacious and pretty well stocked. It’s second floor back by aulani drive and faces the open field with a partial ocean view. Only two complaints were- there was 1 coffee pod for the Keurig when we checked in and no coffee on site. Also, check out is 10am and security wouldn’t let us stay on property and use the pool til noon when we were leaving for the airport which I thought was ridiculous. The property manager that met us at check in was very nice- aside from that we didn’t need to communicate much. There are fine and snorkels and boogie boards which came in handy in the closet as well.

Short of “1st Class Luxury” but still 5*

Our conclusion first: this is a terrific place to book for a small family reunion and we definitely recommend it. The resort grounds are more peaceful and naturally beautiful than the Disney resort next door and the accommodations met the needs of our 3 couples with one child. The service is very responsive and helpful. The best parts of the condo were the outdoor balcony, the spacious interior with a bathroom for each bedroom, and the beach amenities. We don’t consider ourselves to be bourgeoisie but do believe that the title “1st Class Luxury” was stretched in the condo. The furniture was not comfortable (ie beds) or dusty, the vents and shower curtains were a bit filthy, the electronics and wifi were dated and inconsistent, and many appliances were not consistently serviceable during our stay (stove, dishwasher). If you can get past those details and focus on the beautiful island experience, this is definitely a 4.99 star stay we recommend. Just saying they can up their game a bit.

Convenient Paradise!!

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Damian’s condo. We were greeted by Shane Lewis who was the manager on site. He was very welcoming and punctual! From taking our bags up to walking us through the entire condo, Shane was top notch and very attentive to our needs. The condo was the perfect size if you’re traveling with a good size family. We traveled with our 20 month old, 3 year old and 2 older cousins. Something that wasn’t mentioned that should be, is that there are beach chairs, kids beach toys, water wings for kids and bodyboard. There’s also a pack and play in the closet! There’s 2 master bedrooms which was amazing and the third bedroom acted like a master! The most important aspect of Damian’s condo is the convenience of the pool area and beach! We spent hours at the pool and beach everyday. The kids absolutely loved it! It’s definitely a deal maker if you have little kids. Even teens!! I used the gym everyday and ran on the path every morning to get rid of the many Rainbow Drive Inn mixed plates we ate! Overall, if you’re thinking about renting Damian’s condo…..JUST DO IT!! I promise, we will be renting in the very near future when we visit home again.
