「Beautiful property and people even during a hurricane」

「Do not use fall for this scam! We rented 3 bedroom (as advertised) and paid a crazy amount but did because we thought our family would all be together and we wanted to stay at the Marriot Ko Olina. I did not hear anything on how to check in keys etc, so before we were to get on plane I messaged the host Ana Villobos what is the check in procedure and that is when she told me that we would be in a two bedroom and a one bedroom and the two bedroom would have to switch to a different tower in...

「Management was available to help us locating the unit after a prolonged travel day (it was late at night). The unit was just as described. One pool was just a few steps away from the building. The golf course was behind the unit and had a nice walking path. It was a great location and allowed for us to explore the North Shore. Would recommend booking with Helena and her team!!」

「We enjoy the North Shore but it can be difficult to find a rental near the town of Haleiwa. So I started looking at rentals within the Turtle Bay complex to be near a cluster of amenities without driving far for every meal or beach visit. The condos just outside the resort were a great solution, keeping us within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. This condo is situated on, I believe, Hole 1 of the Fazio golf course. It is currently closed for work so people would go for morning...

「This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. 」

「Wonderful location, excellent property with everything you may need. Host was communicative and helpful and kind! We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return! 」

「Great spot for a family looking to spend quality time together. We came with kids ranging from 6 to early teens, and everyone found something to enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were helpful and quick to respond. It's conveniently located right by the pool and a short walk to the beach, so the kids could get in the water whenever they wanted. We had a wonderful stay.」

「Great view. Easy access to the beach. Saw turtles. Everyone was friendly. Units 105 & 106 made a perfect stay for our large family. We would stay again. We should have stayed here instead of moving to a different facility, live and learn.」

「As advertised. Beautiful location with easy access to the beach. Well portion kitchen. Sensitive smoke alarm.」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room smelt bad when we got there - too many chemicals in the cleaning materials. Took two days to clear. Furniture needs upgrading for this price point. Stove needs maintenance. Lost power for two full days due to a storm. Otherwise,...

「We really enjoyed are time on the North Shore. The location is awesome. Thanks!」

「Title: Lovely property, but ruined by unannounced, heavy construction noiseWe generally love staying at The Villas—the condos are always clean, the ocean views are stunning, and check-in/out is seamless. However, this stay was far less enjoyable.Upon arrival, we found caution tape blocking multiple pathways and entrances. From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, heavy roofing work was underway. The noise from constant banging, scraping, stapling, and material lifts was relentless. Dirt...

「Amenities, location, cleanliness, great host communication!」

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at the 316 Villa!
