Beach front apartment in Olpenitz

Discover the fascinating charm of the Baltic Sea: Located directly on the waterfront, 77 light-flooded square metres of pure relaxation await you. This 3-room holiday apartment offers enough space for up to 6 people. You can enjoy a unique view of the Baltic Sea from almost every room.

The two bedrooms offer breathtaking sea views and are each furnished with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Should the weather take a turn for the Nordic side, each bedroom also has its own Smart TV for entertainment. The cosy sofa in the living area can sleep two more people - perfect for a holiday with the whole family.

Adjacent to the living area is the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom.



The highlight of the apartment is the large roof terrace with panoramic sea views. Thanks to its south-west orientation, you can soak up the sun all day long, watch the harbour cinema and end the day with a glass of wine.

The penthouse is easily accessible by lift. The underground car park has its own parking space and a bicycle cellar. There is also a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.



An exclusive pool and wellness area awaits guests in the neighbouring building of the complex, which can of course be used free of charge. Dive into the pleasantly temperate water and let your gaze wander over the expanse of the Baltic Sea - an experience for all the senses. Soothing sauna sessions invite you to linger and give you deep relaxation. Treat yourself to this little break and leave the stress of everyday life behind for a holiday full of peace, pleasure and new energy.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under development due to its great popularity. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and guarantee you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect the enjoyment of your holiday, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Saubere Unterkunft für schönen Familienurlaub

Gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick auf die Ostsee! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Lediglich das Finden der Unterkunft hat sich als etwas schwierig herausgestellt, da der Name der Unterkunft nirgendwo zu finden war.
