This very special holiday home is surrounded by water on a narrow spit of land between the Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. The sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away and the adventure playground is also in the immediate vicinity. The highlight of the spacious house is the studio with adjoining roof terrace with beach chair and lounge set. Whether it's a harbour cinema or a flight show of wild geese, ducks and swans, entertainment close to nature is provided here.
A wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and a private wellness area ensure cosy comfort at any time of year. In addition, the contemporary home entertainment programme in both living areas, as well as board games, books and play rugs, keep you occupied on those Nordic days when the weather is so bad. Anna's home by the sea is particularly child-friendly. Lower sockets are equipped with a child safety lock, the additional bathtub for children has a newborn attachment and there is a roller blind for the lower staircase exit.
This holiday home offers three levels of living space for relaxation. The living and dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the Baltic Sea resort's sailing and sports boat harbour with an exciting harbour cinema when sailing yachts and motorboats sail into the harbour entrance. The directly adjoining large, sheltered terrace invites you to linger, giving you the feeling that you are floating on the water. Here you can enjoy the idyll of the Baltic Sea during romantic holiday meals or a convivial barbecue evening.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
The holiday home offers space for 7 adults and, if required, also for 6 adults with 2 children. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and have double beds (160 x 200 cm). The master bedroom faces the harbour and boasts a phenomenal view of the water. Both bedrooms can be darkened. A sofa bed in the studio (120 x 200 cm) offers two children or one adult a comfortable place to sleep with fantastic views. There are two further sleeping places in the living area on a cosy sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), also with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. Of course, a cot and high chair are also available for an additional baby passenger.
The large bathroom with harbour view and relaxing whirlpool tub is located on the first floor.
The Finnish sauna with adjoining shower is located next to the studio on the 2nd floor and makes wellness hearts beat faster.
A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.
There is a car parking space in front of the house. And those travelling with bicycles can conveniently store them in their own bicycle shed. E-bikes can be charged in the bike shed.
Our favourite spot: Sitting on the terrace in the sun with a light sea breeze and watching the boats enter the harbour, holiday!
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
