Perfekte Aussicht

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, eine schöne und ruhige Lage. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Eigentlich eine 5/5. Aber einen kleinen (gerne auch einen halben) Stern müssen wir abziehen. Aus folgenden Grund, beim CheckIn legt man eine Kaution hin und unterschreibt, dass das Haus keinerlei Mängel hat. Dann soll man festgestellte Mängel innerhalb von 24h melden, damit man die Kaution wieder bekommt. Im Haus angekommen, fanden wir sofort sehr viele kleine Mängel und Beschädigungen. Eigentlich nicht schlimm und wir hätten einfach drüber hinweg geschaut oder gar nicht so genau hin geschaut. Aber wir sollten ja alles Melden innerhalb der 24h. Also wurde schnell eine Seite voll. Das ist halt eine Sache, mit der man sich nicht als erstes im Urlaub beschäftigtigen möchte. Trotz dieser Kritik, möchten wir diese Ferienwohnungen uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen bestimmt nochmal vorbei.

Alles Top - leider ohne Kamin

Wir waren fast super zufrieden, haben nur Denkaufgabe die Schnelle nicht reparablen Kamin vermisst. Wurde aber sehr kulant geregelt. Gerne sollten die Nebenkosten im Preis enthalten sein, weil das Ablesen der Uhren eher etwas kompliziert war
