The modern semi-detached house is idyllically surrounded by water on a headland between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea.
Here you will find peace and relaxation from everyday stress as a couple or you can spend sociable days with friends, family.
The tastefully and high quality furnished living / dining room is on the ground floor. The exposed location allows you to enjoy your meal on the large terrace with a direct view of the water and the harbor. Experience the harbor cinema from the comfortable sofa or the sunrise through the floor-to-ceiling windows. On colder days, underfloor heating and a fireplace provide cozy warmth. Next to the living-dining area you can access the open kitchen, which invites you to cook with its first-class equipment.
On the first floor there are two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed, the other bedroom has two cozy single beds. The bright, friendly bathroom with shower and whirlpool is on the same floor.
Another highlight of the house is the studio on the second floor.
The large roof terrace will surely become one of your favorite places. Here you have a wonderful view over the harbor and the Ostseefjord Schlei. Enjoy the sunset in peace or relax in the Finnish sauna with shower.
Also on this floor is a lounge with a second television and a sofa, which can be used for the 5th and 6th. Person is converted into a comfortable sofa bed.
A home trainer is available for the active.

Enjoy the light sea breeze and your vacation by the sea.
A large number of books, games, an electric grill, 5 bicycles (four women - one youth bike), a stand up paddleboard will help, which is great fun for young and old alike.
Explore the wonderful Baltic Sea landscape with your own bicycles and go on excursions to many beautiful places in the area.

From the 1st March 2020 until the end of 2020 an apartment house will be built near our house.
We have been assured that there will be little construction noise, but because your satisfaction during your vacation is important to us, we would like to point this out to you in advance.
