Accommodation description:
This large, luxurious chalet is in the centre of Kaprun yet quiet near a babbling brook. It features 5 bedrooms of which two are bedrooms, a sleepington for 4 in the garden. Here you will have a unique sleeping experience. In addition, the chalet has a lovely outdoor sauna and hot tub where you can completely unwind after an active day in the mountains. In short, an ideal and unique accommodation for a large group!
Kaprun offers a snow guarantee, a cozy atmosphere, and an array of possibilities for winter sports enthusiasts. It is part of a stunning winter sports region, along with the nearby village of Zell am See, which provides ample opportunities for skiing or snowboarding with just one ski pass. The region boasts three ski resorts, including one with a glacier, offering plenty of piste kilometers and snow. Thanks to the glacier, skiing is possible nearly year-round, and a modern ski lift connects the village directly to the glacier area.

Need some relaxation after a sporty day? At Kaprun's Tauern Spa, you will completely unwind. With its extensive pool complex with slides, spa wellness restaurant and bar, it has everything for the ultimate day of relaxation.

Enjoy nature in the beautiful mountain landscape during the summer and embark on the most beautiful hiking, (motor) biking, and mountain biking tours here. A must-visit in the summer is the beautiful reservoir with its panoramic view and modern hydroelectric power plant. After a paragliding jump, a breathtaking car or motorcycle ride on the Grossglockner Road is the crowning finale of your vacation!

Lovely Chalet for a group holiday

Chalet in a good location for local restaurants & near buses for ski lifts. The listing implies the hot tub is included but actually this is extra as we were surprised to find out during our stay. Would also recommend to the hosts that a review of kitchenware is undertaken. There were not enough knifes for food preparation or wine glasses for number of occupants allowed in the Chalet as an example.
