Especially the two large balconies at the front and rear are a unique asset to this holiday home
The cosy centre of Kaprun is within walking distance. As many as two parking spaces are reserved for you in the multi-storey car park. You won't need that car right away either.
Winter sports in Kaprun stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a range of possibilities. Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding. Kaprun is surrounded by no fewer than three ski areas, including the Kitzsteinhorn glacier area. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round.
