"Hotel rooms are new and modern. Building does not make great impression but rooms are fine. The lady at the calldesk was super friendly and helpful. Directly in city center"

"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in.
