Comfortable apartments with high quality equipment for 1-4 persons and 1 infant up to 2 years, the guest will find in the completed in 2010 holiday house with 4 apartments. The apartments are located in. 1 Floor with balcony and goes over 2 floors. (Maisonette) in the lower living area with a bedroom, bathroom with shower, integrated kitchen with living / dining area. A, discreetly integrated in the living room wooden staircase, (space-saving staircase) leads within the living area to the upper floor, where the second Bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace in the living area.(Firewood is not Subdivision) Modern underfloor heating in the apartment provides a pleasant heat. The apartment has a compl. equipped kitchen. The apartment includes a car park. Bicycles can be safely parked. The apartment in this house is ideal for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. House guests will feel at home in the apartments, so that the stay from the first day rest is pure.  In the object beach 18 you will find for a fee: -Fahrradverleih for the whole family This contract is a mediation service for the owner Zech. An sich muss man erst mal sagen, dass wir nur für ein verlängertes Wochenende angereist sind und viele Vorzüge des Objektes gar nicht so nutzen konnten. Der erste Eindruck war aber wirklich gut. Ein gepflegtes Häuschen in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Geräumige Wohnung, fester Pkw-Stellplatz und sogar ein separater und abschließbarer Raum für Fahrräder etc. Es war alles ordentlich gesäubert, keine unangenehmen Gerüche oder ähnliches. Wir wären gerne auch länger geblieben. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Lage und Sauberkeit waren sehr angenehm. Trotz ständigem offenhalten der Fenster, stellten wir ständig einen seltsamen Geruch fest. Obwohl in der Wohnung keine Tierhaltung erlaubt ist, roch es unserer Meinung nach dieser.
