“Det står at stedet har 2 soverom og jeg tolket det som 2 senger. Men det er 1 seng og 1 sofa som ikke kan slåes ut som seng. Litt misvisende. Leiligheten er fin og ligger sentralt, men det var ganske kaldt i Stavanger da vi var der og det fantes bare 1 ovn som måtte deles på.”

“The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ……
