Booking not honoured after paying for room.
Booked this room through Wotif and paid. When I turned up at the hotel later on they said they were full and refused to honour the booking. They were very arrogant and dismissive in their attitude as if it were my error and not theirs. Steer clear of this hotel.
Note: as I didn't stay there I couldn't comment on the condition of the room I had booked, however it is not possible to submit the review without filling those fields out.

Basic accomodation
Room was cleN and tidy. Walls are paper thin so this ensured a noisy night thanks to the room beside us.

If you are looking for a clean room, clean bed at a very reasonable rate then this place is fantastic. They even allowed us a late check out. Nice clean hotel. Would stay there again

Excellent
Clean room, only 5 minutes from the town centre. Only stayed for 1 night between broome and exmouth. Free laundry and full cooking facilities in the room. Considering it is a cabin it is one of the nicest rooms we've had on the west coast so far.

Good cabins with good facilities
A good base for visiting attractions in and around Karratha. In the Light Industrial Area out of town a couple of k's from the town centre.
