Love that it is within walking distance to old ginza st. Love the ample parking behind the property. Never had to stress for getting a lot. The staff are friendly and efficient. We had the room with the loft beds. The kids love them. The stairs leading to the bunk beds are sturdy and well installed. The bathroom is huge and had all the amenities we needed.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. They were just like the pictures. The included buffet breakfast downstairs was convenient. The location was right next to the Ginza shopping street and only a 20 minute walk to Kumoba Pond.

Great Stay in Karuizawa

Excellent stay in Karuizawa. Highly recommend. Located right on Ginza shopping street, convenient location to check out karuizawa and many great restaurants in walking distance. Free parking provided. The staff were great , they were very accommodating and helped made arrangements for my trip. Thank you and greatly appreciated.
