Extremely pathetic condition of the hotel… No cleanliness Bedding is very bad … stained mattresses and covers No laundry service not even willingness to help No iron in the room No hair dryer in the room No AC in the corridors and even in the lobby Driver’s room is very bad Common corridors are not ...

The concept of faceless check-in is good but the property is not very well maintained. Cleanliness could be much better and in spite of requesting for the room to be cleaned the second day it wasn’t when I came back late evening. Suitable for those where privacy trumps all other considerations.
