Emplacement magnifique, proche du centre la piscine et le beach ont un bon service et sont bien entretenu. Le dejeuner n’a pas de variété, ce qui est un point negatif de notre séjour. L’hotel est tres humide, il n’y a pas d’air climatisé dans les corridors. La literie venait humide aussi. En gros nous avons passé un bon séjour mais ces deux points sont à améliorer. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel qui était très attentif et serviable

Otel temizlik konusunda beklentimi tam olarak karşılamadı. Yaz sezonuna hazırlık aşamasında olmalarından dolayı tadilat sürecine denk geldik. Bunun dışında kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterliydi. Otelin çevresi sakin ve huzurlu, ayrıca otopark imkânının olması da memnuniyet vericiydi.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Our room dirty, the fridge was disgusting and the bathroom looked like someone spit toothpaste on the wall. We requested cleaning which took place 3 days after requested . Our sink collapsed from the wall which made it unusable for 4 of 7 days . We had to brush our teeth in the shower . Worst part was that the owner didn’t care or even try to make things right . Not even any apology. There are MUCH better options when in Kas, which is a lovely place to visit .

Sanırım hayatımızın en kötü otel deneyimiydi. Deluxe oda kavramını sadece “deniz gören oda” olarak algılayıp, mini minnacık odalardan oluşan bir yer. Odada su yok, Su isteyince de para isteyen bir otel. Çarşaflar leş gibi, yastıklar kokuyor. Duş minicik ve su banyoya doğru taşıyor. İlgi sıfır alaka sıfır, otelin havuzuna asla girilmiyor aşırı kirli. Double yatak yerine tekli 2 ayrı yatağı birleştirmişler ve ne diyeceğimizi şaşırdık. Otel çok pis arkadaşlar tüm samimiyetimize inanın. Söylenecek çok şey var da gerçekten yorucuydu ve 4 gün almamıza rağmen 3 gece kalıp çıktık. Bir daha da uğramayız, kimseye de tavsiye etmeyiz.

Hotel was not ready. Pool and beach area under construction. Nothing work. Wake up with sound of repair. Breakfast poor, they bring in room. We stay in family suite sea view with jacuzzi - very bed condition of everything. Room for 400$ per 2 nights - warm blanket without cover with yellow spots, I have photos of everything and ect.. all other hotels around work with pool and beach zone expect this. On resepsiyon no one almost never. Never again.

Odalar biraz küçük, havuz küçük çocuklar için denilebilir. Kendi plajı olması çok iyi fakat kayaların üstüne kurulmuş, çocuklar ve iyi yüzme bilmeyenler için uygun değil, derinlik yüksek girişten itibaren. Zaten tüm Kaş otelleri bu şekilde. Merkeze çarşıya vs yürüme mesafesi, havuz yanında güzel manzaralı bir barı var.

Das Personal vom Hotel sowie vom Beach des Hotels ist höflich & hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage, mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht, jedoch bedarf es einer Renovierung, das Treppenhaus ist sehr dunkel und die Zimmer sind was die Sauberkeit betrifft Verbesserungswürdig.

Aile için uygun bir ortamı yok. Bebek yatağı vermediler. Çocuğumuzu aramızda uyutmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı alanında çocuk sandalyesi yoktu. Çok zorlandık. The hotel was half shut with almost no staff at the site. Dirty dusty stairs and corridors. The beach, restaurant, bar and spa was closed. Such a disappointment. However the Expedia team helped us to get a partial refund.

Otelin yeri ve merkeze ulaşımı gayet iyiydi. Kendine ait bir plajı var ama bir gün önceden rezervasyon yaptırmanız gerekiyor. Çok yoğun bir dönemde yer bulmakta zorlanabilirsiniz. Otel sizin yerinize rezervasyon yapmıyor çünkü. Ana bina dışında ikinci odaların olduğu kısımda klimalar çalışmıyordu çok sıcaktı koridor kısmı. Asansörler baya eskiydi farklı sesler çıkarıyordu. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Ayrıca kapımız çalışmıyordu zor açılıyordu bazen açılmıyordu geçici bir çözüm buldular idare ettik. Eğlence sevenler için güzel bir otel her gün dj veya canlı performanslar oluyor otelin karşısında. Genel olarak iyi bir konaklama geçirdik ayrıca çalışanlar çok iyi insanlardı.

After 12 hours of travelling, confusion with the reservation was the last thing we needed. The staff on the front desk had no idea what to do and, without taking any ID or documentation, led us to a room that was not what we had booked (it was a double but we had booked a twin). It became clear that we would have no choice but to accept the wrong room for the first night and change to the correct room the next day. The hotel owner apologised and provided complimentary food and wine by way of compensation. The 'wrong' room had no towels, no toilet paper, no handle on the bathroom door and the balcony doors failed to close properly. We were moved to the correct room the following day and enjoyed the rest of the week at the hotel. The beds were really comfy, friendly staff, relaxing pool area, great food at the terrace restaurant with beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Well positioned for a short walk into town and the private beach is really unique - there is no sand, so the sea comes right up to the edge where there are steps down into the turquoise water, fabulous.

Beautiful views

Our stay here was overall positive. The day we arrived I was so tired I went straight to bed and didn't look around for a few hours. After my boyfriend and I went for dinner later and came back, we noticed a few things in our room that were less than ideal. The safe didn't work, the TV didn’t work and there were tiny ants crawling all over the bathroom. I went to the front desk around 11:30pm and told the front desk person the issues we were having. He didn't speak a lot of English so we used our phones to translate to each other and he completely understood my concerns. He took me to a couple other rooms to view, one which was similar to ours with the same view, so we grabbed our stuff and switched to it. This one had a much bigger bathroom, no ants and both the TV and safe worked perfectly. Our view was amazing, we could see the Mediterranean right in front of us and the village on the right perfectly. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from our balcony, they were absolutely beautiful to see every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting us and making sure our stay was going well. We had a beautiful pool on the property which we used one day because the sea was too rough to get into. The entrance to the sea was right across the street from us with loungers available for use at no additional charge. It was attached to a beach bar (I assume is owned by the hotel) which was very convenient if you wanted a snack or a drink while you were dryin
