Excellent villa. Very well appointed. High quality throughout.

Perfect for getting away from it all, but still close to the lovely town of Kalkan. Cannot fault villa or service from manager. Not mentioned is the quite extensive welcome pack which is perfect if you are arriving late in the day. Pool is fairly small but it’s only a 2 minute walk to the 25m infinity pool at the club house when you want to swim rather than just cool off. Had a fabulous 10 nights here.

Nice and comfortable stay in villa Acacia

Het verblijf in villa Acacia was aangenaam met hier en daar wat kanttekeningen. Wij kwamen later in de avond aan, maar er was niemand om ons op te wachten ondanks dat ik dit vantevoren had gemeld. Via de sleutel in het kluisje konden we binnenkomen, maar we hadden daardoor geen uitleg van de woning, apparatuur en de omgeving. De volgende dag ook niemand gezien. De gehele vakantie hebben we geen contactpersoon gezien. De villa is wel mooi, schoon en opgeruimd, dat was allemaal prima in orde. Er waren voldoende handdoeken en andere benodigdheden aanwezig. De bedden zijn echter veel te zacht. Je zakt er helemaal in weg. Dat was niet fijn slapen. Verder was het er een mooi uitzicht op zee vanuit de slaapkamer. Vanuit de begane grond en het zwembad was dat mooie uitzicht er helaas niet doordat het zicht werd belemmerd door de woning ervoor. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en heeft goed werkende airco’s. De prijs is echter wel aan de hoge kant vergeleken met de andere villa’s in de straat.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einem steilen Berghang oberhalb von Kalkan in einer sehr ruhigen und gut verwalteten Ferienhausanlage. Von hier hat man einen fantastischen Blick in die Bucht. Neben einem privaten Pool gibt es einen 25m Infinty Pool, den man zu Fuss in einer Gehminute erreicht. Hier gibt es auch eine Bar mit Restaurant und sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Ferienanlage mit ca. 40 Häusern ist sehr gepflegt mit wunderschönen Blumen und Bäumen. Hier machen die Wohnungseigentümer selbst Urlaub oder vermieten die Häuser an Gäste. Die Ferienanlage ist komplett umzäunt und es gibt eine Wache an der Einfahrt. So hat man ein starkes Sicherheitsgefühl. Das Publikum kommt zumeist aus Großbritannien, aus der Türkei und aus Deutschland. Die Bilder im Inserat entsprachen der Realität. Mit dem Vermieter selbst hatten wir direkten Kontakt. Kleine Defekte (Leiter für den Pool) wurden umgehend beseitigt. Das Haus ist in einem ordentlchen Zustand und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Haustür) gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei und auch die Klimanlage (wichtig im August). Die Stadt Kalkan mit den wunderschönen Restaurants ist nur mit Auto oder Taxi zu erreichen. Die Auffahrt zur Ferienanlage ist sehr steil und die Straßen sind derzeit aufgrund von Baustellen in einem miserablen Zustand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Our Stay in Lavanta

We were very pleased with our stay in this beautiful place in Lavanta. The house was great and we enjoyed out time there and at the community pool with the restaurant there. The people at the restaurant could not have better and the food was excellent. It was a short taxi ride to downtown which was an added plus. If we ever return to this area of Turkey, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Schöne Villa in sehr gepflegter Anlage

Die Villa hat uns (Familie mit zwei Kindern, 15 Jahre) für drei Wochen das perfekte Zuhause geboten. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern auf der oberen Etage ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Der Masterbedroom verfügt über einen schönen Seeblick und einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem wir unseren Morgenkaffee genossen haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit grossem Kühlschrank, Gasherd mit 4 Platten und was man sonst so braucht, um sich auch selbst versorgen zu können. Der Wohnbereich ist grosszügig mit grossem Esstisch, den wir allerdings nie benutzt haben. Die Terrasse war unser bevorzugter Aufenthaltsort. Sie ist schön gestaltet, bietet mit einer Überdachung ausreichend Schatten und in dem kleinem Pool kann man sich auch eine Abkühlung verschaffen. Wir haben dort auch einige Grillabende mit dem vorhandenen Grill gehabt. Pool und Terrasse wird täglich morgens zwischen 8.00 und 9.00 Uhr gereinigt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es ist absolut ruhig dort und bietet einen schönen Kontrast zum quirligen Dorf. Von der Villa sind es nur zwei Gehminuten zu dem 25m langen Gemeinschafts-Infinitypool, der einen atemberaubenden Meerblick bietet. Dort haben wir auch einige Tage verbracht. Am Anfang waren wir fast alleine, aber nach der 1. Woche füllte es sich zusehends und freie Liegen waren nur früh morgens zu ergattern. Der Gemeinschaftspol verfügt auch über eine Bar und ein kleines Restaurant, wo wir ab- und zu einen Lunch eingenommen haben. Bis zum Dorf sind es rd. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Kalkan verfügt über eine Vielzahl guter Restaurants . Wir haben uns insbesondere in das Lal und Small-House verliebt. Weiterhin bietet Kalkan viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Bars und Clubs. Insgesamt ist ein lebhaftes Dorf und wir haben die Abende dort sehr genossen. Kalkan und Umgebung bieten viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Eine Fahrt nach Kas lohnt in jedem Fall. Xanthos, Saklikent, Tlos und der Strand Kaputas und ein Sonnenuntergang bei Patara gehören zum absoluten Muss. Mit meinem Sohn war ich insgesamt 4x Tauchen. Die Gegend um Kas bietet einige schöne und unproblematisch zu betauchende Sites. Das Poperty Management war bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sich um unsere Anliegen umgehend gekümmert. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass es keine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit dort gibt und man auch für Kleinigkeiten (Brot oder Kaffee) ins Dorf muss.

Great villa and nice location

Very nice villa. Clean and spacious. Fully equipped with complete kitchen, washing machine, airco in all rooms etc. Part of a gated community with similar villas and a common swimming pool and restaurant. Nice views on the bay of neighbouring Kalkan. We had a rental car which is usefully to get into town (10 minutes drive). Taxi can be ordered as well.

Le paysage est magnifique, la villa enfin maison est très propre mais je précise que c est une maison avec piscine !! Nous avons plusieurs coupure d Electricite, personne pour nettoyer la piscine dû coups plein de feuilles au bout de deux jours 😕 Vous avez plusieurs restau à 9 min de la maison et aussi un petit carrefour ( passage obligé avant d y aller car il n y’a rien pour dépanner ) Le séjour s’est super bien passer malgré tout !! Je recommande a 85 % Par contre petite précision : prenez une douche avant 11 h le jour du départ car il coupe l eau on a vraiment été déçu par rapport a sa !!!

Fabulous peaceful time

Really well equipped villa. Friendly staff. A bit away from Kalkan in the hills behind. But easy in Taxi. Needed to remember there is no shop to pop too. But if your missing anything the cafe happy to help. Adopted a dog for week from complex. Made stay special to have her waiting at door every night. Food in Cafe simple but well done. Over all can't find anything to complain about - oh except the deck which has sharp nails on feet ! lol. Most enjoyable holiday.

Fantastic Villa, great resort and comfortable living.

I found the resort extremely pleasant and semi-private with the option to be sociable if you wish. The only negative would be the need to get a taxi or drive into town but this did not cause any issues for me.

Villa wahr sehr sauber. jeden morgen wurde der pool gereinigt. essen sehr günstig in der umgebung zu haben. mehrere sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 20 km. der sandstrand patara ist einzigartig , nicht überfüllt und sehr sauber. villa super hergerichtet 3 schlafzimmer 3 badezimmer pool ca 5m zu 3m durschmesser. mit super aussicht. separat noch ein gemeinsames pool für alle ziehmlich groß. die sehenswürdigkeit " saklikent " einmalig. im gesamt eindrug 5 sterne 👍👍👍

A very comfortable villa in a gorgeous location

We had a great time in Kalkan and really enjoyed the location which was up in the mountains and so a bit cooler than down by the coast. The house was very comfortable, with a small pool and pretty garden to relax in. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of space inside to sit, read and share a meal. The shared facilities were great, an amazing pool and a restaurant with great food and cocktails 2 minutes up the road. It was very peaceful, quiet, clean and well looked after. Thank you!

Cozy, good location, nice interior, good facilities.

This is our 5th time to La Vanta. Villa Acacia is a nice villa. It's in a good location, relatively small (compared with other villas we have stayed in), much smaller pool but nice interior. The only limitation is the view - one can't really see the beautiful Kalkan coast from Acacia. Would we stay again? Maybe...there are other villas better located to capture the view, plus bigger pools. Overall, we loved our stay, we had no problems and 10 days at Villa Acacia was lovely.

Lovely little villa in the Lavanta Club

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is very clean and comfortable. The mattresses are especially comfy and the air con very efficient and quiet. We enjoyed having our own pool and we also swam a lot in the beautiful pool at the Lavanta Club which is only a 2 minute walk away. The air was a bit cooler than in town and sometimes there was a nice breeze. Getting a taxi into Kalkan was very easy and inexpensive and the drive is only 5 minutes. The owner of the villa was very helpful, answering all our questions and arranging our airport transfer for us. I would definitely recommend this villa!

Fantastic property - well maintained . Everything we needed was to hand

It was an ideal property. The size was perfect and everything was well maintained. Well stocked with crockery, cutlery and all appliances. The development was perfect the club was ideal with really warm greeting with a community feel and really good food and drink. The children loved the Olympic sized pool !! Would highly recommend the villa

2 weeks of paradise!

This villa was an absolute treat. The host was incredibly helpful and the on-site staff incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Three clean, well presented bedrooms and three excellent bath.shower rooms. The kitchen is lovely and big with a massive fridge, and small freezer compartment - perfect for self catering holidays. We didn't really use the lounge very much other than when waiting for each other to get ready to go out in the evenings but it is a lovely big space - we were just making the most of the outside area which is nice and private, hardly overlooked and really peaceful. The villa was really spacious with everything we needed and the garden/pool area was a delight. We enjoyed many warm, lazy evenings by the pool with a BBQ. Lots of space, everything was clean and well laid out. Aircon was working in all rooms and kept the villa very cool on hot nights. Wifi is available not just in the villa and garden, but also up at the clubhouse so you have plenty of opportunities to post those holiday photos online! The staff and facilities up at The Papatya Cafe (clubhouse) were exceptional as well, and great for those times we didn't want to cook or go out into town. We would recommend Lavant and Villa Acacia to anybody looking for a relaxing break in the sun and can't wait to come back again.We LOVED it!
