There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have access to a shared terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding area and the sea. On the ground floor of the villa there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. On the same level there is also a cosy and warmly furnished living room with TV, which is connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has access to the covered terrace with a dining table and views of the pool. In the garden of the villa you will find an inviting pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica from the UNESCO World Heritage List is the symbol of this town. The nearest beach is about 6 kilometres from the villa. As the coast is easily accessible by car, there are many different beaches to discover on the west coast of Istria. The inland of this part of Istria offers many hiking and cycling trails as well as the opportunity to discover the small towns and their cultural and gastronomic specialities. Nature lovers can visit the Baredine Cave near Pore and explore the underground world. For guests who want to spend an active holiday, we recommend a visit to Aquapark Istralandia, one of the most popular water parks not only in Croatia but also in Europe.
