About this space
Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located, modern, industrial studio apartment that is ecologically sustainable, having local made products in the heart of Kathmandu!

The apartment is 750 sq ft and boasts gorgeous views to the East with large windows. Guests can enjoy morning sunrise as early morning sun falls directly on the apartment.

There is a functional kitchen with fridge & microwave along with hot & cold water dispenser. The bed is extra large custom made for the apartment.
The space
The Pala Residence Apartment is a unique and modern industrial apartment. It is a studio apartment with an area of 750 sq ft.

With large windows on the East and west, the floor gets plenty of sun throughout the day.

Apartment is located in the 5th floor allowing for a cool breeze to flow throughout the day and away from the bustling streets below.
