During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc.
1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks.

「The property is located well, very convenient for shopping, eating and swimming. It has a very nice pool and is right on the beach. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful! Elina was so our favorite person on this trip. She was so helpful and very friendly. We hope to visit again soon!」

「The location is quite good, near the port, surrounded by nice restaurants, which means it could be a bit noisy at night. We stayed in a double-bed room, but it can actually sleep 3 people. Staffs are kind and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, serving from 9 to whenever you wake up, with bread, preserves, butter, a huge bottle of coffee, Greek yogurt, sandwiches with ham and cheese, and a glass of fresh orange juice. Don't ever miss it!!」

「Excellent for a one night stop before flight.
Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views.
Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with.
Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

「It was fun being in the backroads of the old town. It was far enough away that there were no sounds, but still just a 2-minute walk to get to the waterfront. Not just the neighbors, but the whole town was extremely friend and they quickly guided me to the room. Of course, GPS also could have done that. The owners immediately responded to some minor queries from me, and I liked that.」
